Global Data & AI Executive Leader with 20+ years of cross-sector experience driving complex Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and innovation across Public Health, Technology, FinTech, and Power sectors.
Dr. Abdulganiyu is an Assistant Professor of Cybersecurity at the International University of Rabat (TICLab) and an international authority on AI-driven threat intelligence, intrusion detection, and critical infrastructure defense. Combining 13+ years of hands-on industrial IT expertise with advanced academic research, Dr. Abdulganiyu operates at the frontlines of defending complex cyber-physical networks, cloud architectures, and enterprise systems.
He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Al-Hikmah University), M.Sc. degrees in Computer Science (Bayero University Kano) and Information Science (University of Maiduguri), alongside dual PhDs in Cybersecurity (Euro-Mediterranean University of Fez, Morocco) and Information Science (Bayero University Kano). His career spans roles as Senior System Analyst, academic supervisor, researcher at Tshwane University of Technology (South Africa), and founder of ExperTecHub Resource Limited.
Crucially for this edition, Dr. Abdulganiyu’s research specializes in using machine learning and predictive AI models to detect anomalies and intercept automated attacks across telecommunications, energy grids, and enterprise networks before payload execution. At e86 TechXchange, he will provide actionable blueprints on how African organizations can shift from reactive security measures to AI-enabled predictive defense.
Mosadi Moloi is a widely recognized authority in digital rights, internet safety architecture, and cyber capacity building across the African continent. Serving as Project Lead at the Ghana Internet Safety Foundation (GISF) and Program, Strategy & Partnerships Lead at the Trust and Safety Africa Academy, Mosadi operates at the critical intersection where technical threat research meets regional governance and human-centric safety.
Her work focuses on designing safety-by-design architectures, conducting regional trust and safety threat research, and developing policy governance models capable of responding to complex, evolving digital ecosystems. She leads cross-border safety initiatives, child online protection frameworks, and frontline practitioner resilience programs tailored to the unique regulatory and operational realities of African nations.
For this edition of e86 TechXchange, Mosadi bridges the gap between high-level policy governance and active threat mitigation. She will share actionable strategies on how organizations can embed proactive safety frameworks, combat synthetic identity exploits and social engineering at scale, and build cross-border trust networks to defend Africa’s digital ecosystem.
Felix Abrahams Obi is a distinguished health systems architect, policy strategist, and public infrastructure governance expert with over two decades of leadership in the design, financing, and management of national public sector systems across Sub-Saharan Africa. Currently serving as the Nigeria Country Director and Senior Program Director at Results for Development (R4D), Felix oversees high-stakes technical assistance programs that safeguard vital health and economic infrastructure.
Felix has operated at the nexus of evidence-to-policy translation, regulatory compliance, and system resilience—working closely with the Federal Ministry of Health, the Gates Foundation, DFID, JICA, and global research consortia. He played a central role in advocating for Nigeria’s milestone National Health Act (2014) and sits on the Executive Board of Health Systems Global representing the African continent.
For this edition of e86 TechXchange, Felix bridges the critical gap between technical cybersecurity and public policy governance. Drawing on his deep expertise in national infrastructure design, data sovereignty, and health economics, he will address how public and social sector networks can build institutional defense playbooks, navigate regulatory liabilities, and protect high-value national assets in an increasingly aggressive AI threat landscape.
Dr. Oumaima Fadi is a cybersecurity scholar, AI researcher, and cloud systems practitioner operating at the forefront of AI-driven decentralized security and infrastructure resilience. She serves as an Assistant Professor in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence at the International University of Rabat (UIR), Morocco, where she conducts cutting-edge research within TICLab.
Dr. Fadi holds a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity and AI from UIR and an engineering degree in Networking and Telecommunications from the National School of Applied Sciences of Marrakech. Her research, published extensively in IEEE Access, Computer Networks, and Scientific Reports, focuses on using artificial intelligence to fortify blockchain systems, IoT networks, and digital supply chains. She is the creator of the RBFT (resilience-oriented consensus protocol) and formerly served at Huawei Morocco, where she designed enterprise cloud solutions and was named Morocco’s first Huawei Artificial Intelligence Ambassador.
For this edition of e86 TechXchange, Dr. Fadi bridges high-level technical research with practical enterprise application. She will explore how machine learning models can be embedded into decentralized networks, cloud perimeters, and supply chains to create self-healing, intrusion-resistant infrastructure across Africa.
